Knock... Knock...

Who's there? FRIDAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!
There really is no joke to this... I am just super excited it is Friday!
I have to say I have been waiting for this day all week and I can't wait to accomplish my MANY tasks for this weekend!
Not only is it Friday, but it is High Five Friday with Meg at A Dash of Meg. Yours truly has her very own high five listed on this week's HIGH FIVE FRIDAY post. Go check it out!!
I have to say it is really exciting to know HIGH FIVE FRIDAY is growing. Meg says in her post that she received the most HIGH FIVE FRIDAY submissions this week than ever before. I am excited to participate in what I think is such a great concept. We are always celebrating Friday... why not celebrate our accomplishments as well?! =) 
This week Chobani was on sale at Target for $1 each. Of course I stocked up for work and home. I have also found a new love... Vanilla Chocolate Chunk in the 16 oz container! I have yet to find it in the regular cup size, but I can make due with the 16 oz =) I am still working on having a Chobani giveaway and I apologize for not doing my giveaway yet... I promise I will!

I hit the gym for the first time in my Sweat Pink shirt from Fit Approach. It was sent to me after I found out I was chosen to be a Sweat Pink Ambassador and for whatever reason I kept forgetting to wear it. So here you are... me with my Sweat Pink tank!! I am posting this picture because I am really proud of myself! =) This is a gift I wrapped for a Baby Shower on Saturday. I am absolutely obsessed with it.. AND the things inside. Little girls clothing is addicting... it seems like just about everything is super cute!

I posted this picture this week on my Twitter. This is how I prepare for the gym.. I get everything together the night before - towel, shoes, shirt, socks, etc. I think it is a really good way to help prepare and get me motivated to go to the gym. Not only that, but it helps me get to the gym at a decent hour =) I don't know about you, but there are certain bottoms I feel comfortable in with certain tops or shoes etc. What are some of the things you do to get prepared to hit the gym?

Tomorrow should be a more interesting post with the topic of LEG and LEG WORKOUTS! You either love it or you hate it... I am not sure there is really an in between on this one! =)

High Five Friday #3

It is FRIDAY again and that means HIGH FIVE FRIDAY with A Dash Of Meg!
I announced on Monday that I was chosen to be a Sweat Pink Ambassador! Check out my post from Tuesday, I Sweat Pink for more info on my new adventure! I've sent in my bio for the ambassadors page so hopefully that will be going up very soon!

I saw this picture on an Instagram post for the Healthy Diva's Photo a Day, Glitter. I am obsessed with it and I am now on a mission to find another one of the Starbucks Tumblers with a straw. I will keep you updated when I finally find one. I have one already, but I don't think I am ready to cover it in glitter just yet! ;-)

I ran across another fitness blogger, Jessie at Jessie loves to run! I love her blog that she is just starting! High five to Jessie. Starting a blog is exciting and so much fun! Head over to her blog and check it out!

High Five Friday-#1

Good morning my BEAUTIFUL fit friends!
Meg with A Dash of Meg writes a weekly blog post to celebrate great accomplishments.
The series... High Five Friday!!
As I head out to work I want to take a moment to highlight Meg's amazing idea and posts.
Head on over today and check out High Five Friday. Meg has such a great idea and way of celebrating the great things we do each week.
I often think that we become to hard on ourselves (I AM THE WORST AT THIS) or we forget to celebrate how far we have come. We set goals and the accomplishments we do have often go unnoticed.
In this world of fitness and health it is easy to get discouraged or give up. Meg really has it right when she continues to post High Five Friday each week.
Please if you have a couple minutes, jump over to this week's High Five Friday! Reading through the posts this morning was inspiring and put a smile on my face. The accomplishments posted, big or small are truly remarkable.
What am I giving myself a high five for this week???
I had a great week of workouts and got up for the gym when I was supposed to. Even Nick thought it was great that I didn't wake him with my alarm by hitting snooze 10 times ;-).  
I ate clean all week and skipped the treats that came in to the office. I have found some great blogs and inspirational people to join forces with. I set some new goals for myself and even had a little Marvelous in My Monday!
